About
Hi, I'm Lauren — Holistic Motherhood Writer & Wellness Advocate
A mom, writer, and holistic wellness student doing my best to keep everyone fed, somewhat rested, and emotionally regulated… including myself (most days).
I created this space because motherhood has a way of changing everything.
One minute you're researching the best prenatal vitamins, and the next you're wiping yogurt off the wall while wondering if you've had water today. It's beautiful, exhausting, sacred, chaotic… and sometimes honestly hilarious. Just ask Lukas and Lily — they keep me humble on a daily basis.
After years working in luxury travel, I thought I understood the meaning of "high maintenance."
Then I became a mother.
Now I'm drawn to a different kind of luxury: a calm nervous system, a clean ingredient list, and five uninterrupted minutes of silence. (Lukas, if you're reading this someday — I love you, but mama needed a moment.)
This website is my gentle corner of the internet — where I share what I've learned navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the beautiful chaos of raising Lukas and Lily with as much intention (and humor) as I can manage.
I'm currently studying holistic nutrition, and I'm passionate about blending evidence-based wellness with real life — the kind of life where someone is always asking for a snack.

This is the real version.
Messy bun. Mismatched outfits. Someone climbing something they shouldn't be. Lukas scaling the fence while Lily reaches for leaves she has no business touching.
This is motherhood most days — chaotic, sun-drenched, and somehow still the most beautiful thing I've ever been part of.
